1. Agreement to Terms

By using zedscale.com or booking a consultation with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. About Zedscale

Zedscale provides software engineering services, including staff augmentation, dedicated engineering squads, cloud architecture, web and mobile development, and DevOps/SRE support.

3. Use of This Website

This site is provided to share information about our services and to let you schedule a consultation. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, attempting unauthorized access, scraping content at scale, or interfering with the site's normal operation.

4. Consultations & Engagements

An introductory call booked through this site is exploratory and non-binding for either party. Any actual paid engagement — scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables — is governed by a separate signed agreement between you and Zedscale, not by this page.

5. Intellectual Property (This Website)

The Zedscale name, logo, and the content and design of this website belong to Zedscale. Please don't reproduce or repurpose them without our permission.

6. Intellectual Property (Client Work)

Ownership of code, designs, and other deliverables produced as part of a paid engagement is set out in that engagement's own signed agreement. As a general practice, we transfer full ownership of client work to the client under that agreement — see our FAQ for more on how this works.

7. No Warranty

We do our best to keep this website accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zedscale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

9. Third-Party Services

This site uses third-party services, including Cal.com for scheduling and Netlify for hosting. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
